RMM3 Issues

Hi,

 

I am having a few issues with RMM3 modules that are installed in 2 servers.

 

To start with my network configuration is as follows:

 

Baseboard NIC(Lan Channel 1)
IP: 192.168.0.201
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: 0.0.0.0
Local Settings
IP: 192.168.0.25
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
RMM NIC(Lan Channel 3)
IP: 192.168.1.201
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: 0.0.0.0
In this configuration I am able to access the RMM web page via the Baseboard NIC, but not the RMM NIC, I am also unable to ping the machine on 192.168.1.201. What would be causing this and how do I fix it so I can use both NIC's?
Another issue I am having is with the Remote Console.
The issue is that the server gets into a state that whenever I try and launch the Remote Console, Jviewer pops up a messages box saying "Error reading video data". Once it is in this state the only way that I am able to fix this issue is physically removing power from the server.
There are 2 methods I have identified so far that cause this issue:
1. The remote machine goes into sleep while a Remote Console session is open.
2. The server is shut down(but still has power) while a Remote Console session is still open.
I really either need a fix for this issue or at minimum a way to get the Remote Console working again once I end up in this state as I do not always have physical access to the machine.
