IDA: internal error: unable to proceed

I got new server, and trying to update BIOS on it.. so when I launch CD with IDA, it throws me an alert.
Then I downloaded IDA from here: Intel® Download Center (IDA_v5.0_Build_5.iso).. and made a bootable flash drive, but nothing changed.

Now I found a newer version of IDA Intel® Download Center (IDA v5.0-Build 19.iso). but there's no such file for it..

Where can I get it?

And what should I do with that error?
