S1200BTLR and OpenCL

I'm building a system with S1200BTLR and a 1245v2 cpu.

Now, the board has no video ports linked to cpu integrated P4000 graphics, but I'm wondering if the CPU could be OpenCL programmable, or, equivalently, if the P4000 graphics is accessible and visible to operating system (Windows).
