Pointers to docs on how to enable IPMI for HNS2600JF?

I'd appreciate pointers, docs, or howto on how to enable IPMI for compute node HNS2600JF.  I currently run XenServer 6.5 and would like to expose IPMI to XenServer or to a remote management station.
