S1200BTL doesn't show anything on screen

Hi

I just bought a Intel S1200BTL board with a Intel Xeon E3 1220V2 cpu.

I've connected both the 24 and the 8 pins power cables.

When I hit the power button it apparently starts up as it suppose to, but the monitor doesn't react at all. I've tried with two different monitors but with the same result.

Any ideas to what I can do?
